I highly recommend this company to anyone within the Kent area. Steven was fair, professional, competitively priced and did excellent work. As his company is very close to my house, he is my first choice in a local electrician. For a more detailed review, continue below. I needed a 240 volt outlet for my 50kg dough mixer. Since my panel was going on 30 years old, I had that replaced while I was at it. The outlet was what I needed, but Steven offered it at material when I mentioned I wanted the panel done too. Not only did the panel price out bid the other companies I contacted, but he even explained an alternative to the dough mixer power cord replacement I had planned to DIY and that the $500 estimate another company had given me regarding just the cable was rather surprising. At the end of the panel job he even replaced the cord himself at no extra charge. This was a simple matter for me, but the gesture speaks volumes to his character. When I plan to get an electric vehicle in the future, Steven will be my first choice to install a charging station.

Jamie with Clean Wave Electric came to our home today to service both our furnace and our HVAC unit. He communicated with us the entire time he was here what he was doing and even showed us some filters in our furnace that we didn’t even know were there that needed some cleaning! He took all of the filters outside and cleaned them thoroughly. He cleaned the outdoor HVAC unit and made any necessary adjustments to the cooling agent. I HIGHLY recommend Clean Wave Electric. I hired Clean Wave to install a Charge Point Charger in my garage for my hybrid car. They booked the install within a week and were very helpful in explaining what I would need for my car and the install. When they came, they helped me determine I needed it installed in a different place. They did a great job. Then they handled all the permits and inspections. 10/10 would recommend.
Zach and Steven are hard-working, skilled, and honest electricians. Their pricing is fair, and they work to make sure you are fully satisfied with the final results. They have done 2 projects for me to date, including this complicated chandelier, and I am sure they will do more in the future.
I've never gotten an EV charger installed in my home before. Zach and Tyler are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and price competitive for the area. Steve and Jeremy added three circuits for a kitchen remodel. While another bid tried to sell me unnecessary upgrades, they were knowledgeable and were able to work with my existing electrical panel. I was thrilled with how quickly they were able to get me scheduled so that my remodel could continue on track. In addition to being fast, I was impressed with Steve’s attention to detail. He was careful to ask for appliance installation instructions to make sure that the outlets would be located in the best spot for that particular appliance (something I would not have thought to do). Any holes that needed to be created for access were thoughtfully located and easily concealed with future cabinets to keep the existing exposed drywall in good shape. I appreciated Steve’s willingness to walk me through some of the details as well so that I had a solid understanding of not only how his work was done but how some of the other existing lines functioned so that I can be an informed homeowner. I’m very pleased with my decision to go with Clean Wave Electric and know that they will by my first call in the future for any new electrical needs.
